An Intellyx Brain Candy Update
Leena AI autonomous agents gather business process and task-related knowledge through RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) with a natural language interface for non-technical user queries and automated resolution workflows.
Since our last briefing with them in 2023, the company has moved from LLM-based HR process automation and technical support ticket resolution, toward orchestrating larger groups of AI agents that can be trained and assembled in sequence to interface and learn expected workflows and behaviors from data within a wide variety of systems of record and data streams.
Customers can also choose from several prepackaged models and actions for specific vertical and horizontal tasks such as Windows desktop support, or procurement atop Oracle or SAP systems.
