An Intellyx Brain Candy Update
When we last covered Octopai in January 2021, it was positioning itself as a BI Intelligence Platform.
Today, the Octopai platform provides data lineage, data discovery, and a data catalog. Octopai extracts metadata from across the entire BI environment (or multiple hybrid environments) and enriches them in order to provide visibility into what manipulation data are going through.
With Octopai, it’s possible to trace any data through the enterprise BI landscape end-to-end. Octopai customers can also find whatever data they need regardless of their locations. In addition, Octopai’s data catalog creates company-wide consistency across all data stores.
