The Silicon Valley FinTech company, Ripple, has attracted a lot of commendation and controversy over the years. While many believe in the vision of the company is to make cheap and seamless cross-border 
payments a reality, there are those who think the company is fraudulent. Yesterday, as reported by smartereum.com, a Forbes contributor, Jason Bloomberg said that Ripple is an outright scam and the launch of the JPM Coin is evidence that financial institutions are starting to realize it.
